I was editing my last post to add the McAdoo signing when you posted this. He's one inch shorter and 10 pounds heavier than McAdoo. Both are PF's who could be small centers.

Dubs Summer League roster includes three non-rookies -- Ognjen Kuzmic back again, Landry Fields, and Xavier Henry.

Among the rookies: Mamadou N'Diaye, 22, 7'6" (making him the 36th tallest person in the world) with an 8' wingspan, 200 lbs.

There is no middle ground for the second and third tier free agents, Mozgov gets 4/64 and Sullinger 1/6. I'm not saying Sullinger is good or even necessarily better than Mozgov (Mozgov can defend the 5 if he's healthy), but that is a crazy difference. some of it is a musical chairs thing, but even still what a lottery, good and bad, for most free agents this summer.

But it's clear that he can rebound, and he can score some too. Seems like of the two, Mozgov is more of a question mark than he is--or at least as much of one. That's a huge monetary difference.

538's Carmelo model says that Sullinger is worth $18.6M in 2016-17 and Mozgov is worth $1.5M. Sullinger is 24 and improving and Mozgov is 30 and probably won't be as good as he was in 2014-15 when he was a marginal starter who had one great finals game.

I think Sullinger would have gotten a better deal if he had been on the market at the start of free agency. I haven't heard of a single person who thinks the Mozgov deal is good for LA.

Sully will have a good opportunity with Toronto and will be unrestricted a year from now when the cap breaks $100M.

2:30 AM in a bar, a Spartan defensive back named Jermaine Edmondson kept taunting Draymond, who finally slapped him in the face. But the charges will be dropped before he's indicted.

Kuzmic making a case for picking him over Andy for backup center, he had the only plus on the team last game, and the highest this game with 12 pts, 11 boards and 4 blocks. He still has bad hands, but his shots are falling more and his defense is effective.

For Timmy Turtlehead, the nickname "Big Fundamental" is apt but a most dismissable derision. I'd rather win than have style points. All respects to the great Tim Duncan for his HOF career.
