Carmelo with an excellent first half against Houston. The ABC national broadcasts, with the exception of a few Cavs pre trade stinkers, have been very good.
[edit]Welp Anthony's sucking maximum cock in the second half so far.
Anybody who doesn't like Russell Westbrook is probably a terrible person.

the 53 year long regular season finally ends tomorrow night, pretty sure this is the least I've ever paid attention to a NBA regular season in my adult life. but tomorrow we get a rare thing, a game 82 where the winner makes the playoffs and the loser is done, Denver/Minnesota, so that should be fun.

I don't think I am a bad person.Captain Hate wrote:Carmelo with an excellent first half against Houston. The ABC national broadcasts, with the exception of a few Cavs pre trade stinkers, have been very good.

I'm watching the Lakers game just for the Andre Ingram story. It's amazing. He is the longest tenured D League player and at 32 years old the Lakers basically call him up as a reward. He's got 11 points in his 1st quarter. Looks like an oldhead from the YMCA.
Dude majored in physics in college and is a calculus tutor in the summer, too. Incredible story.

Quin Snyder was Zach Lowe's pick for COY over Casey and Stevens. I watched some of their games. Very well coached team that outperformed its talent level. They lost Hayward after his all-star year and only had Gobert for 2/3 of the season, gaining volume shooter Donovan Mitchell yet were roughly as good as last year.Captain Hate wrote:Anybody impressed by the Jazz's season?

NBA national ratings were the highest since 2013-14 this season, up 8% over last year. NBA local ratings were up 4% over last season.

wow, that is stunning to me. so many great young players, but so many big injuries too, definitely surprising.
