Hello...
This is a project I started with a friend, we are very lazy(add to that both have other projects/bands) so we haven't did much to put it out.
It's called Altair IV , mixture of digital and analog textures/noises, here some samples

If anyone is interested in getting in touch: altair4band[at]gmail[dot]com

Not today's improv, but something I did wayback in 88' or 87..

I wish it was in it's original stereo glory..

I plan on fleshing out this sample set by recording each one individually and administering spacial effects to the constituent parts - as it is, I jammed it out and recorded the whole thing in mono...
performed on Gliss for iphone.

Trying to figure out laptop improvisation since I got a new laptop and bought Kenaxis. samples of prayer wheels in Nepal, a waterfall in Oregon, myself clicking buttons and turning knobs while an unattended guitar feeds back, and a couple of Ravel samples I edited together from a free CD I got at work... maybe a tasteless level of granular synthesis mucking-about but I like it alright.
