All excellent, but L'Oeil Retourné makes more sense along with Ralf Wehowsky's Vier Vorspiele that was paired with it on the original Selektion release.

i agree with this but for me "Une Saison" still works well as a whole. it's interesting to listen to La Grande Vallée, Portrait d'un glacier and Dans la montagne back to back. i think i even hear the same (or very similar) sounds in those three. and they are all "about mountains", more or less.

as for new Monotype batch i'd strongly recommend Bosetti's "Royals": http://monotyperecords.com/pl/mono034.html

i was playing "Portrait d' un Glacier" earlier, which towards the end of the 6th minute plays the most astonishing sequence of 4 sounds ever recorded.

I don't agree. The most interesting of the recent Bôłt releases is (at least for me) Zeitkratzer - plays PRES.
I also recommend other releases dedicated to Polish Radio Experimental Studio inheritance.

Yeap didn't want to apply that others are not interesting, it was just my interest in Great Learning. But i would also like to hear others too. Just did an interview w Reinhold Friedl from Zeitkratzer since they will perform in Ljubljana on 12th of april (playing Cage/ Schlothauer's Nine; Stockhausen's Aus den sieben Tagen and some things from their Songs). Hope they'll bring their latest release w them so i can get my hands on it too ...

His three self-released Lp’s „I don’t remember now (1980), Plaster Falling (1981) and Pop Surgery (1983) are a must-have for every serious collector and interested person in such cold-wave/minimal-synth/techno-sounds. S. Eliot’s poem “The waste Land”. Fabio Selvafiorita e Valerio Tricoli created a work full of narrative suggestions, visceral and metaphysical at same time.
