
Been listening to this one, as well as the other releases from Mauritius, Reunion, and Seychelles lately. The main style of music from these islands is called Sega, but it varies from island to island.

Just ordered this. Not sure what to expect. description reads like monk chants mixed with music (gongs, bells, wood blocks, stones) composed by Stomu Yamasta (anyone remembers him?)
