Filament - Dark Room Filled with Light (2005)

Filament perform two different hour long improvised soundtracks to flickering images by Yasunori Ikunishi, Yasunori Kakegawa, and Tetsuya Nagato.
it's pretty amazing stuff.

I haven't seen most of the films on your list, but I would add every one of the works by Emily Richardson included in her "6 films" DVD. This includes "Cobra Mist", which is somehow the one I like a little bit less from the whole batch...

How about the Olivia Block/Sandra Gibson/Luis Recorder DVD on SoSeditions? Came out in '08 I guess.

there are the ongoing Toshi Nakamura/Billy Roisz (AVVA) and Keith Rowe/Kjell Bjørgeengen projects. the first has a DVD on my label (Gdansk Queen), the second is as yet undocumented (they don't think it will translate to DVD) but continue to play quite a few live shows.

Celebrating the first 10 years of the festival, this set contains over 11 hours of audio, a beautiful booklet and a feature length documentary ! 20 incredible performances were painstakingly selected by committee from the rich festival history to be shared on one DVD as .wav files (the best way to fit so much high quality audio). The second disc contains a feature length documentary created by Canadian filmmaker Caelum Vatnsdal. With extensive video footage culled from our archives alongside interviews with festival directors past and present the film not only gives a great overview of what s+r is all about but also provides a rare opportunity to witness incredible performances and events that have occurred at the festival over it's first 10 years. I've seen it. Worth a look, but don't remember anything staggering on it.

Some videos of botborg performing live recently might apply here:

I suggest Opera in a Small Room or Storm Room by Cardiff and Miller.
If it's not valid enough I suggest the film of "Opera.." on the DVD.

Kara Blake - The Delian Mode (2009)

The Delian Mode is a a short experimental documentary revolving around the life and work of electronic music pioneer Delia Derbyshire, best known for her groundbreaking sound treatment of the Doctor Who theme music. A collage of sound and image created in the spirit of Derbyshire’s unique approach to audio creation and manipulation, this film illuminates such soundscapes onscreen while paying tribute to a woman whose work has influenced electronic musicians for decades.

I like AVVA quite a bit, there is a nice little video by her on the efzeg Grob release. There is a nice dvd with some Günter Christmann films one with him playing and the other with Barre Phillips.
I have been working on editing together bits of video I find with my little digital camera for a few years now, mostly as a studies for setting music to video, but I just a made a video for a show based on Nam June Paik's work and I was really happy with how it came out. I will put it on Youtube after the show opens.
The most recent study I did is here:

Another one based on Rauschenberg's cardboard work is here:
