Krallice, new project from Mick Barr, and it sounds amazing, very influenced by Weakling.

An yes, the Murayama and Guionnet cd is very strong.

Metro Pre Saint Gervais

Excellent stuff, La Casa is uncannily intuitive and stealthy in his mic placements, the violin and sax voices are superb.

Yes, it's very impressive. All recorded in real time, in one take, which is almost unbelievable when you hear it...

Well there was a bit we cut out (part of which appeared on the Xing Wu 2CD compilation as "Music Station"), but yes, the two tracks as they appear on the disc are completely unedited. Eric just happened to be in the right place at the right time, as he often is.
FYI, we recorded a kind of sequel to this in the car park underneath the Cité de la Musique in Paris last year with both Eric and Philip Samartzis, but for the time being we don't know what to do with it.. Eric's done a stereo mix but ideally it should be heard in surround sound, and as I don't know anyone crazy enough to want to release it in 5.1, it's sitting around waiting to be heard. One day..!
