I was listening to the new Swans release and found it mediocre. I don't think that it is an excellent example of Gira's 'maturity', nor it is a new KIND of Swans. In comparison with past releases, this is nothing related to Swans (although Gira's voice remains the same) and cannot be reviewed as their release at all. But I have to admit that somewhere on the album, I found the sounding similar to these days' ambiance.
Any thoughts on this record?

John Coltrane - The Olatunji Concert: The Last Live Recording

so gooood ! A friend of mine suggested this to me a while ago when I was listening to Brötzmann's "machine gun", I should have definitely checked it out earlier. The not-so-great quality of this recording actually adds some magic here..
