Fever Ray - ST

A few months ago, a friend of mine was obsessed with "When I Grow Up." The track definitely grew on me. The video's pretty wild too.

I actually didn't want to like them due to how they were introduced to me ("you haven't heard of fever ray? They got voted album of the year!") but I listened to that on repeat about 4 times last night, while cooking a roast and imbibing an herbal rice crispy treat... Though the music is pretty good, I think that the atmosphere it fostered was what made me leave it on...

..and yeah, great little video!

no, sorry, it's a new box set, coming out tomorrow. there's a mono box set and a stereo box set -- the stereo one has all of their albums, and the mono set has all except the two that were originally done in stereo. but this is also a complete remastering job, the first since the 1987 cd releases. so, regardless of mono/stereo, the stuff all sounds 1,000% better than it ever has.
