Amazing to me how much Rob Stone, the main Fox announcer for the womens' FIFA matches sounds like Ryan Seacrest. I've actually wondered if he's practiced those inflections.
Meanwhile, I have a (sinking) feeling that the final will be a U.S. cakewalk. Not that I'm especially a Japan fan, but when Alexi Lalas hollers over and over (literally maybe five times?) that the U.S. passed its semi-final test with Germany "with flying colors: and those colors are red, white, and blue!" I simply have to root for anybody else.

Apparently, Clinton Njie is leaving Lyon for Tottenham. He had only a few excellent months in Lyon during which he showed a lot of improvements but I've been defending him since the beginning of the season at a time when many Lyon fans were either skeptic about him or more generally dismissive of the player and his presence on the pitch (and that's an euphemism, strong words where used, and that includes a more than regrettable episode of racism).
So I'm a big fan of his, he is a very unpredictable player, who must work on his finish, though he has a tremendous rate of on-target shots. His first touch seems lacking at times, but he's not bad at all technically, especially if he's feeling confident. He has tremendous speed, which makes him a little clumsy sometimes but more importantly a strong asset in counterattacks and a very spectacular player to watch when he does things right, which he tended to do more and more at the end of last season.
Tottenham doesn't seem a very good club for young prospects coming from outside England, and even more so from France, so I'm afraid things might get tough for him. But he is a hard-working player, who earned his place in Lyon first-team out of seemingly nowhere, endowed with prodigious physical qualities, and he is an English speaking Cameroonian, which should make his integration easier.
I'm perhaps a little emphatic, but I'm sad that he's already leaving and I'll follow Tottenham this season if he goes there.
