Second of a back to back in San Antonio tonight for Les Bullez, and the second of the circus trip. Most of the 6-3 is at home.

If they can get through this and to the point Boozer gets back at .500, I think they'll be the 4 or 5 seed in the East.

I would hope so, the East drops off pretty massively after the top few.

I guess it's more PG like than Spurs like. Steve Nash filed for divorce on the same day that his third child with his wife was born. Don't know the reasons behind the divorce and in fairness to Nash, he said that he and his wife had been separated for several months.

Update: Parker was cheating with Brent Barry's wife.

I think the worst part of that is I believe Rick Barry is enough of an asshole to tell Brent that this is all his fault. wow, Oden out for the season yet again with microfracture surgery on his knee. Bowie over Jordan is looking good by comparison at this point, brutal.

Maybe there's something in the water in Portland, having endured big men with bad wheels in the forms of Walton, Bowie and now Oden. Either that or countdown to it being revealed that Oden has some genetic condition that leads to early aging and onset of osteoporosis that his agent and family's been sitting on.

Did anybody watch the Knicks-Kings? How in the hell did Gallo get 17 FTA (making 16)?

One of my cousins uses a corollary: sometimes the fucking you get just ain't worth the fucking you get.

The guy looked 54 years old on draft day. Something's definitely up.

I'm guessing it's as much Rick's fault. I mean Brent is UG-UH-LY, and that generally requires some parental help.

Eh, Rick wasn't a bad looking guy; he was losing his hair pretty early though and was extremely vain about it, to the point of being one of the first to get a fucking weave. He was always extremely arrogant and was an NBA gypsy who jumped to the ABA. Outstanding shooter but that's really all he did well; kind of like a white Pierce who never faked injuries or got stabbed in some lowlife bar. Although he carried the Warriors on his back to a championship sweep against Les Boullez in one of the lower moments of my sports fandom. You should read his wiki entry because it has plenty of examples of what a dick he was; and those ignorant cocksuckers usually miss at least 50% of the good stuff.

It's pretty impressive that all four of his kids have played in the NBA. Truth be known, even though none of them have been as good as he was by stats criteria, I've enjoyed watching them more than I did watching him. And Brent has one more ring than his dad had.

I remember seeing either a documentary or a 60-Minutes or something about Rick's assholeness to his kids. I always thought Brent was going to be the best of the bunch of them, but....meh.

I saw that too, don't remember either if it was on 60 Minutes. Brent and his soon-to-be ex-wife were high school sweethearts.

I believe that Brent is the only white guy to ever win the NBA All-Star weekend slam dunk contest, in 1996.

Knicks second round pick Landry Fields has not only outperformed Blake Griffin and John Wall and every other rookie so far, Dave Berri says he's currently on pace to be the 8th most productive rookie in NBA history (!!!!):

Hey guys,

It's Bo. I have a new screen name. I deactivated the email address associated with this site, and couldn't figure out how to get my password, because I always was logged in automatically and forgot what it was.

Anyway, I've been trying to post for days!

Love's 31 and 31 was insane.

Also, looks like Bosh has come to life.

Oh the Clippers! So sad.

I haven't heard anything about the Parker thing, and just read about it here first....

If Tony Parker is feeling any regret over his marital woes there was no sign of it in his play last night. Jesus fucking Christ do the Spurs look loaded.
