ErstDist summer sale

in order to raise some funds to pay bills and release some of the great projects that I have en route, I'm having an ErstDist sale, starting immediately and running through midnight EST on August 15th.

the way this will work is that you select 6 items, and you pay for 5, with the cheapest of your choices being free. for every 5 you pay for, you get another free one. this applies to everything that I stock, including Erstwhile releases, with the only exceptions being any new releases which have arrived since June 1 (as listed on the site), but besides that, everything I have in stock now is part of the sale. Erstwhile single CDs are $12, double CDs are $19. while any June/July/August ErstDist new arrivals are not part of the sale, they can of course be combined with a sale order to save shipping.

anyone taking advantage of this sale, when you're placing your order, please list your items in order from most expensive to least expensive. that will make it much easier for me to process, and figure out which items are free. thanks a lot!

You rule Jon, I'll definitely be getting some stuff from you for this, although I'll have to do it a little closer to August 15th because I just bought some stuff from Squidco. I was impressed by how quickly I received my Ersts from you, although I haven't gotten back to my intro recommendation thread because I feel I haven't listened to them enough to give a good opinion. I unfortunately don't listen to much music, especially considering how much of it I buy.

By the way (and I guess this is as good a place to ask as any), have you ever considered reissuing OOP albums ala Atavistic? Because I'd love to, for example, buy a copy of Keith Rowe's Harsh from you. But you also don't have albums by Glenn Branca and the Swans, so maybe it doesn't make financial sense for you.

not sure about financial sense or not, but it's not something I'm really interested in doing. any funds I have go to producing new records, I have quite a few in the works at the moment.
