How's everything routed?

well, on the 12 channel mixer 3 cassette recorders go into stereo inputs. into the instrument inputs... these are connected to outputs: aux, phones, and control room respectively. the mixer then goes to the six channel one, into two separate instrument inputs. i also plug into it another cassette recorder, so it won't be distorted by feedback, and a fucked up walkman for the radio.

Those speakers are all coming from the open circuit board on the left (a computer soundcard, i think - with four outputs). One side of the stereo comes from the tone generator (via pedals) the other from the guitar (through one pedal). So the two on the drums are 'drivers' yes - they are amplified by the drum, and vibrate the preparations, the one on the guitar is for feedback - which equally drives the strings.
