Were these ever pressed, or were there any plan for a physical run of these? I hope it goes beyond Vol V. Id love to contribute to one.

They got pressed as a limited run of 20 reel to reels pressed into clay discs and sent off to 7 different shooting ranges in different parts of the world, selected by chance operations.
