ErstQuake 2: Sept 23-25, NYC
(NOTE: UPDATED FOR FINAL SCHEDULE)
ok, so we've got a pretty definite final schedule for ErstQuake 2, I'm just waiting on a final confirmation from the good Mr. Rowe, everyone else listed below is definitely in. the venue is still TBA, tickets will probably be $15 a night, and will go on sale at some point before the fest, you'll be able to make e-mail reservations and pay via PayPal, no ticket services.
ErstQuake 2 is a joint production of Erstwhile and Quakebasket, and this year is being paid for entirely by ErstDist (meaning Chris Wolf and myself). so any ErstDist orders you place between now and then are very much appreciated, and will help contribute to the success of the festival. thanks!

Jon.
I know loads of great venues that would do such a fantastic line up justice but they are all in the UK... would it be OK if you moved the festival over here? I'm sure the other guys wouldn't mind, it doesn't really rain that much in London in the Autumn honest, and the exchange rates are just great at the moment...
Seriously though, a great line up, mouth watering stuff and enough to make me seriously think about making the trip across the Atlantic for it, I will be due a holiday around September!

hope to see you, Richard! get a shopping list from your family and friends, you can make up the costs of the trip on what you save in shopping...
Mr. Rowe informed me this AM that he's almost definitely in, 95 percent sure, he just has to wait and make sure another potential commitment doesn't materialize, which it almost definitely won't. he's very excited about this...

So you can't be tempted into coming to London then?
You can get nearly twenty people into the Bonnington Centre these days and I think they have relaxed the 'bring your own cushion to sit on ' rule!
Just kidding, I have seen some great shows there...
I will look into the possibility of making it over for this, but if not I am also thinking about the Prague Ampilfy as well. Any more news on that one?

I'm only doing AMPLIFY fests outside of NYC now if they're a) almost completely sponsored by other people and b) I can curate it almost entirely (there's a little bit of wiggle room on both of these conditions, but not much). in all seriousness, if you're interested in helping arrange one in 2006 in London given these conditions, e-mail me.
