I like Thembi's work, it's quite reminiscent of Francisco Lopez, but with a greater tendency towards episodic rather than monolithic forms. That's probably the influence of Philip Samartzis. So, good work, but I don't think she's fully found her own voice yet. The duo album she did with Anthea Caddy, 'Iland', is probably the best of her work so far, IMO.
