Hey Nips... any way you could repost that Gastr live show? I'd love to hear it...

While I lived in Chicago I remember David Grubbs doing a live Gastr del Sol set on WNUR. I wish I could find that, it would bring back wistful memories of driving around in grey CHicago.

Thanks for this, am listening now. Saw them play around this time, same summer, 1996, in Chicago, was for a Lounge Ax benefit.

Whoa! Any chance you could repost this? I'd love to hear it. I saw Gastr twice - once in the Fall of '95 and once a year later. It would be awesome to hear this recording.

This one is my favorite of the ones I've found.

The "Weasel Walter overdubs" are cool as hell. And the Guitarrorists comp is fantastic.

Damn, no I didn't get it. Within a week or two of my post, it had slipped my mind! If it's still possible to re-up it, I'd be most appreciative!

[user_3068]

yeah hopefully I can find it. give me a couple days.

[user_422]

That would be awesome! I wish I had cool obscure stuff to share but most of what I have is taken from these same blogs listed in this thread.
