I'm in a Fall phase at the moment & I think this list is spot-on. Great stuff, though I'm not sure I'd rate Code : Selfish as high as the others & I have heard the Iceland recording. Reformation! Post TLC is about the only Fall release I have trouble with, but I wouldn't say anything they've done is "bad."

Yes, probably right about Code : Selfish though I've really been enjoying it of late but didn't care for it much for years. I agree about Reformation! Post TLC and Shift Work is not one I play often, though I'm glad I have it anyway and enjoy it well enough in the right mood. By bad I guess I meant top heavy albums like Light User Syndrome that start off well enough but outstay their welcome with very weak final thirds or halves.

Agreed regarding Eleni - that version of Blindness is so different to any other I've heard and it's mostly down to her, except you can make out all the lyrics which is unusual.

Last Night at the Palais has some good moments but is inconsistent and not the sort of quality of those videos you posted. A 27 Points type release might be the answer. Oh and I loved the Downfall clip too.

i picked up Y.F.O.C. yesterday and, after a few listens, it is to me by far their best and most cohesive effort since The 27 Points.
