I read that it went for 900 euros at one point. I got a copy of it recently, it really makes you miss the Mats of that period!!

A bit over the top, I guess. Olof Bright still offers a specially designed limited edition of the set (5 copies) for 250 Euros.

Personally, I like the smell...I agree about the cover - love it!
...which is why it's a toss-up now - to part with or not?

Matt's actually pretty good at communicating. And there's tons of great material on his Breakdance The Dawn label too.

FYI. Lots of free jazz, free european, jazz, modern classical, etc. HatHuts ('bout 3 dozen), CRI, Blue Note, Black Saint, Music & Arts, etc label recordings for sale. Many OOP - no give aways but I think the prices are good.

FWIW, this album is reissued as the second CD of Vainio's recent book/2cd package, Time Examined. The first CD is reportedly Vainio's installation work. Not cheap, but not OOP either.
