About netlabels,
There's this (italian) one http://www.otouv.org/ that confused a bit my ideas
about the noise/psych/drone scene... i've been always linking this scene with the
obsession for the physical object, (vinyls, cdrs, cassettes..) and always thought
this was a kind of reaction to the immateriality of mp3 relases (of course it
wasn't about quality..eeh), then comes this netlabel and
puff!
what happened? maybe didn't trust enough the open mindness of the people
there or what?

Recorded live on May 5th 2010 at Niu, Barcelona.

Novosibirsk is the first release of Ferran Fages and Lali Barrière's duo, active since 2009. Novosibirsk was recorded live on May 5th 2010 at Niu, Barcelona.

Both, Ferran and Lali, use similar devices, some of them made by themselves. Lali's sound is more focused in amplifying textures of selected objects while Ferran's sound comes from small engines and electromagnetic interferences.
The unstability of their sound structures arises from the use of impredictable devices, which generate fragile sounds.
