I was going to be a neo-deconstructivist but mom wouldn't let me.

Nice one! I've come to really enjoy this one after feeling slightly underwhelmed by it - it's really quite beautiful and very well constructed I think... nice sounds lovely flow...

I am eagerly awaiting these two from HibarI:

Yoshio Kuge - The Fist
Image
Seijiro Murayama / Éric La Casa - Supersedure

Shadow Ring 1st 7" from a pile of otherwise uninteresting 45's. For $4.

Graham Lambkin/Jason Lescalleet - The Breadwinner

Absolutely brilliant, just incredible. Great release, Jon.

this one is brilliant

one of my favorite from the cologne/a-musik crew. The 5-flicker tunes from c-schulz also on sonig has its moments too. Maybe more akin to schmickler's param or wabi sabi. Also recommended is Nagual the hajsch 12" on quiet artworks.

Yes to everything here.
The hajsch/ pfn material from those quiet artworks lps was largely reissued on cd by sonig, and is almost as highly recommended as the c-schulz duo lp.

Yeah, Fantagraphics has done a great job with these, along with the George Herriman books.

Probably the only rock album I can think of that would sound more and more awesome with wow/flutter and disintegration.
