that was a cassette version of the imminent LP on Pan for them to sell on tour, I believe (but am not positive) that the contents are identical.

yeah, you're right. the info says: "Edition of 100 numbered copies. LP available on Pan". but the hanson release is stated as a C90. so there has to be a difference to the vinyl release.

He told me there is a difference, one side is the full LP and the opposite is the same in reverse, which apparently works quite well. I didn't end up with any merch when he was in town though because he underestimated how many copies of certain items would sell off before the end of the tour and I figured I could just order some stuff afterward so he'd have enough for the other shows.

Jason mentioned this to me back in April when we played in Amherst. The venue is Pianos. Either they manage to play in the downstairs space or just play exceptionally loud and who cares if the PA is garbage bc otherwise we'll be listening to this with a healthy patina of crowd/club noise.

Michael Vincent Waller graces IHM with his presence!

Is there a release date on the Pan LP? The tape's sold out and listed for $94 on Discogs. Pan put up a sample on their Soundcloud, but I can't find anything on their website.
