so the last two days I've gotten 8x10 flyers in the mail about this woman's campaign to become governor of NY.
one side has a big glamour shot of Davis, shopped up real good.
1st one "REDEMPTION" has a huge typo, "[Davis] went prison, Spitzer went unpunished" (she was the madam who provided Eliot Spitzer wit da ladeez).
2nd one is covered in mariiuana leaf graphics and is all about how she's anti-prohibition etc.
I have such a love/hate relationship to this election cycle. it's clearly madness. but I love the madness.

In a bizarre way, the fact that her campaign is pretty much entirely built on legalization of weed and gambling makes me kind of want to vote for her. It's one of the few platforms that at least has a hope of bringing money into our state government!

I got a 3rd yesterday. the rhetoric pretty much concedes the election to Cuomo, but frames a vote for Davis as a referendum on marijuana, gay marriage.
