Anthony Braxton was quite a Dolphyphile and it shows in his early/mid works.

Topography of the lungs is indeed wonderful. Also very good from the same era is Iskra 1903, a trio with Barry Guy and Paul Rutherford. Still available from Emenem ( three disc set though ). I prefer his early, mid seventies stuff ( Vol 1, Taps, etc ) though Aida and Music and Dance are very cool.
