I'd really like to get that Electrola LP but it's super-rare. Saw Hugh Davies give a solo concert of Shozygs in Chicago years ago - absolutely fantastic, and a swell guy. He is missed.

Yes, I like him with Motian as well, along with the Strata East. Never had the Silkhearts for whatever reason. Apparently he's living on public assistance in Los Angeles and would like to play again, though I think those efforts haven't proved fruitful.

Well, seeing as how those things will never be reissued legally, I guess rapidshare or whatever is the only option. I have 'em, as well as all the early stuff w/ Hampel and the orchestra on Wergo, but no CD burner. I can tell you it's all good stuff! And very different from the Kollekteif material. ...
