When I realized that all the sounds and silences were existing equally, I was overwhelmed with an unusual sensation - I felt as if I were absorbed into something like nothingness and allness at the same time. Just wanted to mention, quickly, that Jeph recently started a flickr page and is adding pics frequently: http://www.flickr.com/photos/azanimist/ I've listened to his work for 15 years, seen him perform a number of times, and visited his studio but still know so little about what he does and how he d...

Very tricky set to describe but in a sentence: quite possibly the best sound performance I've ever seen/heard. Thanks to Graham, Jason, Bhob, Greg, Sean, and Jon for a wonderful, rare evening. CHOP SHOP

Yes, another great, great call! A first rate NYC sound/noise artist who never plays in the city but would certainly blow minds at NFF.

good call on the henri chopin!

label night: Little Enjoyer

Would be difficult to put together a night w/ only two sets.

Serious label night suggestions:

macrojoe via greh/iheartnoise: a lot more positive than negative feedback came in live at the show----even from the club owner ( a great guy with the best motivations for having these shows)---carlos--who unplugged us -- the sound guy---the two bouncers (also outstanding men with a real old school k...

Don't get me wrong, I love Absurd and I pick up whatever I can lay my hands on ( a mini review of mine of the most recent batch sits somewhere amongst the Otomo, Sachiko et al thread somewhere...) I just wish they would make 250 copies of half as many discs so that keeping up isn't quite the task i...
