might actually be the most endearing track there.
i can't really tell if it's consecutive, but mine is one piece from 23 skidoo's urban gamelan.

new grouper record on type

and it's much more straightforward than her previous outings.
i guess she just wanted to release herself from all those ghostly murmurs and hisses.

I think Souljazz did a compi on them didn't they? yes, the one from 2004, the sound of konk. not my thing really, and that could also be said for most of lizzy mercier decloux's output (maybe not some of her more hysterical rosa yemen stuff) but it's got some infectious tunes. Ut appear to have bee...

you should definitely check out lydia's split with the birthday party agony is the ecstasy , it's intimidating and claustrophobic and may just be the peak of her confrontational screaming antics. some funk-punk projects were not mentioned, like konk. social climbers are worth investigating too, more...

multi-tracked shakuhachi by richard youngs is nice, maybe over-layered but still very enjoyable bit of his chameleonic persona, and also lotus edition, album of his drum/shakuhachi duets with alexander neilson on VHF.

henry kaiser - ice death (parachute 005, 1977) http://www.henrykaiser.net/Resources/icedeathfronta.jpeg dohol-inspired. this one was never re-released on cd, and here's a high-bitrate vinyl rip from one kind soul. i hope you're fine with rapidshare? enjoy. http://rapidshare.com/files/76245962/henry_...

without no doubt, universal consciousness, created after her 'spiritual journeys' with swamis.
her harp playing is just gorgeous, imho this is where she's really found her own voice.

great release from henry kaiser, with chadbourne contributing on one track. opener is actually a cover of one beefheart instrumental from replica!

keijo, "hallejujah i'm a bum"

really digging it.

mutant disco ? esg early singles, moody and ufo. liquid liquid stuff, bush tetras too. one track from the 80's to really sound avant-disco in the russelian way is drowning pool's toy soldiers , albeit with some horrifically 'epic' vocals. this year's not-so-sophisticated highlights: couleurs from m...

tone float - ghengis khan android

i'm quite curious what do you think of this particular one http://www.dustedmagazine.com/covers/review_id-3649.jpg do you prefer it to bosetti's other 'conceptual' pieces (the 'mentally challenging' one) ,or find him to supplement enough curiously 'mimetic' material for audrey chen's spoken word/ in...
